"Beshumi" is a mountain and balneological resort.

It is located in Khulo, is situatted withino 1930 meters above from sea level,at  the Goderdzi Pass area. The main healing factor in the transparency of air and low humidity, ultra-violet sunbeams, good drink and mineral waters, rich natural environment.

The resort has 7 000 visitors in a year. Pure oxygen-saturated air is the perfect place for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The resort "Beshumi" is useful only summer season. In the winter season it is closed, because this time of year the snow cover on the Goderdzi Pass, about 5-6 meters.

Tourism is mainly developed in the private sector, but there are the cottages at the resort. Sanatorium is mentiond for 370 man. There also is theatre and  cinema for your entertainment.

It’s imfotant date August 7 for tourists,because as it is every year, traditionally, Shuamtoba public celebration. On this day, hundreds of people gather to the resort. Ceremony, folk art show, horse racing, wrestling and held public stroll.
